Dominion Heights is a 66-unit condominium complex that will also have 8,420 sq ft of ground level retail and a small area for office space (801 sq ft) upon completion. Floor plans for this project varies, however, the smallest unit is 584 sq ft (one bedroom, one bath) and the largest unit is 1254 sq ft (two bedroom, two bath).

The building was built to LEED Gold standards. According to the NV Capital Advisors website, "NVCapital Advisors and other co-investment partners provided $4 million of new joint venture equity to the project."
