Description

Marriott International Inc. is planning to relocate its' headquarter to Downtown Bethesda. The $600 million facility will be built with a $62mm incentive package that includes $44mm in grants which will be divided between the state and county and $18mm in tax benefits. 

In addition to the commercial office space, there will be 200 hotel rooms available for patrons.
