Established in 1996, PRI is a landscape architecture, land planning and urban design firm based in Old Town, Alexandria, just outside Washington, D.C. The firm has built upon the legacy of Harman, O’Donnell & Henninger Associates. (HOH) where, for decades, Mr. Jay Parker and Ms. Trini Rodriguez were Principals, designing many of that firm’s landmark projects. ParkerRodriguez is a Minority Business Enterprise, comprised of a diverse, multi-cultured design team of professional landscape architects, architects and land planners. The firm is well known for its inclusive team approach, collaborating closely with the Client, architects, and other design firms to produce truly successful and noteworthy projects. The firm has extensive experience in an exceptionally broad range of projects of all types, scale and complexity. They have provided the vision and master planning for scores of large scale residential and mixed-use communities, new towns, resorts, massive urban infill and revitalization projects, as well as parks , campuses, small site infill projects and urban plazas.
