Siegel, an entrepreneurial real estate executive in the Washington, DC metropolitan area with a proven track record for successfully sourcing, negotiating, entitling, structuring and executing complex real estate development and finance transactions. Mr. Siegel has 20 years of real estate transaction and development experience and has structured and executed billions of dollars of development and finance transactions during his career.
Prior to founding Davey Street, Mr. Siegel served under Mayor Adrian M. Fenty as Director of Development in the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development.
