Since 1976, Stuart Alexander &
Associates, Inc (SA+A) Development has worked with community leaders, government and investment partners to rebuild neighborhoods and urban centers. Beginning with completion of the first housing tax credit development in New York State (1987), SA+A has spearheaded innovations in the creation of affordable housing.
Over the past three decades, the company has created a portfolio of over $100 million in development and construction with 2,000 units of high quality, affordable and market rate housing. In addition, we have a history of providing turnkey development, construction management and planning and design services, with past work including the building of new single family homes for the Seneca Nation of Indians (both Cattaraugus and Chatauqua reservations) and rehabilitation of over 2,000 homes vacated in the environmentally devastated Love Canal neighborhood in Niagara Falls, NY.
