1111 Belle Pre is a 360 unit residential apartment complex in Old Town, Virginia. The project will offer a list of amenities for tenants such as a roof top with a BBQ area, picnic section, and swimming pool, in addition to hardwood flooring, full height windows and custom designed kitchens & baths in the unit. The development project is a candidate for LEED Silver certification when delivered.
In 1902 the Belle Pre Bottling Company used the property as a factory. This company was once hailed as the largest milk bottling producer in the world until their site was torn down in a fire that occurred in 1921.
