Steve Snider has plans to redevelop the old Salvation Army building and utilize the adjacent parking lot situated at 1211 G Street, SE as part of the development. The project will produce a multi-family building with 29 residential units upon completion. Currently, the 5,346 sq ft Salvation Army building has two floors, however, the development plans illustrate that there will be a third floor over the rear ell and a small a rear addition.
The site of this project is located within a short distance to the Potomac Ave Metro Station.
