150 Second is a Class A, 123,210 SF biotechnology laboratory and commercial office building. The building has been pre-certificated LEED Gold based on the United States Green Building Council. The LEED implementations will reduce the water consumption of the building by approximately 250,000 gallons per year. The onsite waste water treatment plant will reduce water use for toilets and urinals by 82 percent, and overall water reduction for showers by 41 percent.
