1812 N Moore Street is a mixed use commercial office trophy building developed in the Rosslyn commercial corridor by Monday Properties. The building stands 35 stories high (390 feet) and offers 569,739 square feet of office space, and 11,020 square feet of ground retail. Pacific Life Insurance Co. provided a $200 million loan to fund the development project which was completed in late 2013.
Monday Properties provided $5 million to enhance the surrounding streetscape, and the area's near the Rosslyn metro station.
