2 M Street, NE is part of the Northwest One project in NOMA. The site is located roughly two blocks away from the New York Avenue Metro Station and within short distance to Union Station. Upon completion, 2 M Street will produce 314 residential rental units in a 12-story building. 59 residential units will be reserved for tenants at 30% AMI, and 34 units at 60% AMI.
FHA insured $63,779,400, and the project received $16,850,000 in subordinated tax credit financing from DC.
