Description

The former Virginia School of the Arts will be redeveloped to produce 29 apartment units at 2244 Rivermont Ave in Lynchburg, Virginia. The existing site is owned by Jackson III LLC; the firm will rezone the site from R-3 to B-4C  to allow for the housing development project. 

The Virginia School of the Arts was in 2011 according to an article written by the News & Advance publication.
