Four Points LLC and Grimm + Parker will construct a 71 unit residential apartment building at 2255 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, SE in Anacostia. 80 percent of the units delivered are expected to be affordable to families earning 60 percent or less of the area median income (AMI). Four of those units will be further restricted to families earning thirty percent or less of the AMI, and twenty percent of the units will be unrestricted by income limits.
The building features a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
