2311 Wilson Blvd is an eight story commercial building with ground level retail situated next to the courthouse metro station in Arlington, VA. The development plans for this site illustrates that Carr Properties and Michael T Foster Principal of MTFA Architecture Inc., will aim to create a LEED Gold, and ENERGY STAR rated mixed use building with a 7,000 SF day care facility, a 5,000 SF conference center, and 7,812 SF of retail space in 2016. 

There are also plans to develop a standalone, one-story retail pavilion to provide an additional 6,183 of square feet of retail space in the future.
