25 Amory Street is a 4-story, 44-unit affordable housing development project for families earning less than 60 percent AMI. Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation is the lead Developer, with ICON Architects serving as the lead Architect. When completed the project will offer a mix of 1,2, and 3-bedroom units. The unit mix includes 15-one bedroom units, 23-two bedroom units, and 6-three bedroom units. A total of 16 units will be reserved for households earning below 30% AMI. 

Predevelopment financing was provided by the Community Economic Development Assistance Corporation. Massachusetts Housing and Community Development provided tax-credit subsidy.
