33 Bond Street is being constructed through the Inclusionary Housing Program and is approved to receive a Tax Exemption through the 421- a Program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the 80/20 New Construction Housing Program of the New York State Homes and Community Renewal. The subject property will deliver 143 affordable housing units in Downtown Brooklyn when completed in 2017. 

5 percent of the housing units will be set aside for applicants with mobility disability, and 2 percent of the units will be set aside for those with hearing or vision disability.
