Description

The construction at 400 East Pratt Street in Baltimore Maryland will produce 24,000 square feet of new office space on the second floor, and space on the ground level for two national retail restaurants. The new space will be made possible by extending the building 35 feet into the roadway and by adding a new glass addition. The sidewalks in front of the building will be roughly 25 feet for pedestrians. This number is much larger than the typical width of most city sidewalks which are 11 to 12 feet wide. 

The square footage of the building before construction was 143,750 SF post construction, the building will be 167,750 SF. Ellin & Tucker, a Baltimore based accounting firm has said that they intend to occupy the space on the second floor, in addition to 7,000 square feet on the third floor.
