Carr Properties is developing a 9-story, 330,000 sq ft commercial office building at 4500 East-West Highway in Bethesda, MD. The development project was designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification when completed during the 2nd quarter of 2014. The ground level will offer 13,700 square feet of retail space, and the building will have 4 levels of below grade parking.

Clark Construction and Shalom Baranes Associates are also part of the development team.
