The Hines Junior High School site will be redeveloped into a mixed-use project containing 210,000 sq. ft. of office space, 158 residential units (46 units or 29% will be designated for affordable housing), 50,000 sq. ft. of retail/restaurants and 260 below grade parking spaces. Trader Joe's is scheduled to occupy 11,000 square feet on the ground level.
The FAR for this project is 3.4, and the total GSF 468,619.
