Description
JBG, Rittenhouse Partners and ICG will develop a 140,000 sq ft commercial trophy building at 900 16th Street, NW in Downtown DC. The developed property will have 125,000 square feet of commercial office space and roughly 4,000 square feet of ground level retail. The site was previously occupied by Third Church of Christ Scientist. When the project is completed in late 2015, Third Church of Christ Scientist will occupy 12,000 square feet of office space in the building.
