900 E. Fort Avenue was acquired for $3.5 million by 900 East Fort Avenue LLC. The development team for this redevelopment project consist of several local companies: Bozzuto, Solstice Partners LLC and War Horse LLC. The group has plans to convert the former General Electric apparatus service center into a mixed use site with over 200 residential units, 16,000 square feet of retail space, and a rooftop lounge.

The project is expected to take 24 months to be completed, which means the projected completion date is September of 2016.
