900 Thayer Avenue will be a 124 unit mixed-use housing development project in the Fenton Village area of Downtown Silver Spring, MD. Fenton Village is developed with low- to mid-rise commercial and residential buildings and a few high-rise residential or commercial buildings according to the site plan. 

In addition to the housing component there will be 5,300 square feet of retail. HOC (Housing Opportunities Commission) paid $6.5 million to acquire the land. HOC is expected to apply for 9% LIHTC financing in the current cycle.
