Description

Ainger Place is a 72-unit LIHTC property located in Washington, DC. The development project is led by The Michaels Organization and Ainger Place Development Corporation. The joint venture will create low-income housing on property owned by Emmanuel Baptist Church. When completed the property will offer housing for family households earning up to 50% AMI.  18-units will be reserved for households earning less than 30% AMI, and 54-units for families earning between 30-50% AMI. 

The project was financed using 4% tax credits. Riverside Capital served as the LIHTC Equity Investor, Pillar Financial provided the permanent financing, and DSUD contributed with the construction loan. Miles & Stockbridge provided legal services.
