Description

AAMC (Association of American Medical Colleges) will be moving into their new 287,500 square feet commercial office building in 2014. The new headquarters will have over 14,000 sq ft of retail space and conference space upon completion. The architects have designed this development to achieve LEED Gold certification; "75 percent of the building's roof area will be covered with extensive green roofing." The building will be constructed on 13 individual lots.
