Description

Brightleaf & Cooper will be a townhome community in the Old Town neighborhood of Alexandria, VA. Clark Builders Group will repurpose the existing Health Department building into nine townhomes, the Brightleaf, and construct an additional seven townhomes, Cooper, within an existing adjacent parking lot. 

When completed in June of 2016, there will be a total of 16 luxury townhomes situated close to several neighborhood serving retail outlets such as Harris Teeter, Trader Joes, Teaism and the retail corridor along King Street. Pricing for the townhomes will range from $1,000,000 - $3,000,000, and the unit mix offered will be 3-4 bedroom homes. 

Brightleaf and Cooper will be LEED certified according to CBG. The development team for this project consist of a number of Alexandria, VA based firms.
