Brightview Wakefield is a 131-unit senior living facility in Wakefield, Massachusetts developed by Baltimore, Maryland based development company, The Shelter Group. The site will provide 69 assisted living units, and 61 independent living units for future residents. The subject property will be built on six separate parcels that include 38 Main Street, 11, 15, 17, 19, and 21 Crescent Street. 

"The community will offer 131 apartment homes – 61 independent living apartment homes, 41 dedicated assisted living apartment homes and a 28-apartment neighborhood dedicated to dementia and Alzheimer’s care, known as Wellspring Village."

New Hampshire based, PROCON will serve as the GC, Architect, Structural Engineer for the project.
