Andy Shallal, owner of Eatonsville, and Bus Boys & Poets will be opening a fifth location in Takoma. The coffeehouse/bookstore/restaurant will occupy 6,500 sq ft on the ground level, and this project will produce 150 rental apartments on the three floors above the retail space. 

Andy also has plans to expand to other neighborhoods within the District of Columbia is the near future.
