Description

JBG has began working on a 14-story, 200 room Hyatt Place hotel in NoMa; all of the rooms will be suites. This will be the first Hyatt Place hotel in the Washington, DC upon completion. The project will be part of the planned Capitol Square mixed use development project which is also spearheaded by JBG.

In addition to the guest rooms, there will be 1,200 square feet of meeting space.
