Cathedral Commons will be a mixed use project spread across two blocks (approximately 4 acres of land) off of Wisconsin Avenue in Washington, DC. Plans for this site call for 128,000 sq ft of retail space, 137 apartment units, and 8 town homes in the Cathedral Heights/Cleveland Park area. The anchor at this site will be a 56,000 sq ft full service Giant Food grocery store. During the early part of 2012, Giant closed the old grocery store that was located at 3336 Wisconsin Avenue, NW to construct Cathedral Commons. 

The architects are seeking to achieve LEED Silver certification for this development.
