Cedar Hill is a transit-oriented residential development project by Comstock Holding Companies and Four Points LLC in historic Anacostia. The project will produce 32 townhome style condominiums, 7 urban townhomes, and 1 city home (single detached housing dwelling). 10-20 percent of the total units will be listed at affordable housing rates.
Each of the condominiums will be roughly 1,260 sq ft in size and offer 2 bedrooms. The urban townhomes will be approximately 1,630 sq ft in size and will offer 3 bedrooms, and finally the city home will be 1,200 sq ft and include 2 bedrooms. Cedar Hill is located near the Anacostia Metro Station, and within a close proximity to the Washington Nationals baseball Stadium.
