Description

The development team of Sanford Capital and CityPartners purchased land next to the Congress Heights Metro station in 2011 from WMATA for $3 million, and these developers have plans to construct two separate buildings, a 208 residential apartment complex, and a eight story 230,000 sq ft commercial office building. In addition to the residential and commercial office space, there will be approximately 26,000 square feet of neighborhood serving retail on the ground level. The Congress Heights Town Center will be adjacent to the St. Elizabeth East Campus.
