Description
The second phase of the the CenterCity DC development project will be a 374 room luxury hotel scheduled to open in 2016. Development for the Hotel is expected to start in 2014. The site will also "reintroduce I Street, NW (through the site; east to west) as a two-way street, and 10th Street, NW (through the site; north to south) as a two-way street."
