Dakota Pointe by Lowe Enterprises is part of a large mixed use construction project surrounding Riggs Road and South Dakota Avenue NE. When completed the Dakota Pointe site will provide 170 residential units and 87 parking spaces. Also affiliated with this development project is the 260 unit Dakota Flats residential construction, and the Ft Totten Square project which will provide 350 homes and 130,000 square feet of retail. 

Lowe Enterprises purchased the property from the city for the Dakota Pointe site for $500,000.
