THC Affordable Housing will renovate three existing buildings and 36 dwelling units at the apartment complex known as Delta Commons at Benning Road. The renovation will encompass upgraded kitchens, new appliances, water efficient bathrooms, new finishes, an upgraded common laundry facility, work/computer station, conference space, and a community patio. The development team chose to pursue a Passive House certification for this project, and on-site "renewable energy through photovoltaic electrical generation."
