Frontier Development & Hospitality Group LLC and Capstone Development have purchased the Radisson Hotel at 9100 Basil Ct in Upper Marlboro, MD for roughly $19 million. The development team will convert the subject property into an upscale DoubleTree Hotel. Based on the plans, all guest rooms within the hotel will be redesigned to reflect a chic modern look and feel. In addition to the rooms, the meeting space area, and the food/beverage zones will be renovated.
