Description

East Liberty Place North will be constructed by The Community Builders, Inc. on the 5800 block of Penn Avenue in Pittsburgh. This project will produce a LEED Gold certified 54 unit apartment complex on the former East Mall Apartment site. Situated below the residential component will be 11,000 sq ft of ground level retail space, management offices, and community activity areas.

38 units will be reserved for low income housing, 11 units will be designated for households with incomes below 60 - 80 percent AMI, and 5 units will be listed as market rate apartments.
