Description
East Liberty Place South will be developed by The Community Builders Inc (TCB) in Pittsburgh, PA. The project will be located across from the East Liberty Place North project which completed by TCB in 2010. The new mixed use apartment complex will produce 52 residential units (one & two bedroom apartments) and 11,000 sq ft of ground level commercial space. 39 of the residential units will be reserved for households earning up to 60 percent of AMI and 13 apartment units will be designated for households with incomes up to 115 percent AMI.
