Eastbrooke at Beulah Crossing apartments in the Deanwood Heights neighborhood will be a 39 unit affordable housing apartment building when completed in 2015. Eastbrooke units will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with open floor plans and off street parking. The DHCD sponsored project will be constructed on eight vacant lots.
The project was financed by the D.C. Department of Housing and Community Development, the D.C. Housing Finance Agency, Wells Fargo and City First Bank of DC.
