Description

Insight Property Group acquired the former U.S. Postal Serivce site, Fenwick Station, and has plans to develop a six-story, 310 unit luxury apartment complex in Silver Spring, Maryland by December of 2014. The complex "will include 39 affordable units within the mix of studios, one and two-bedroom apartments and will offer 11,000 square feet of amenity space" according to Insight Property Group. The site is located within a short distance to the Silver Spring Metro Station, and the project is built to meet LEED Silver certifications. 

Upon delivery the development will cost roughly $74,000,000.
