Weingarten Realty is in the process of developing Hilltop Village which is a 350,000 sq ft retail center. The development will be anchored by a 143,334 sq ft Wegmans grocery store, and there will be several well-known retail sites such as: Green Turtle Sports Bar, Verizon Wireless, PNC Bank, Elevation Burger, BB&T and Massage Envy.
In addition to the retail development, this construction project will include 100,000 sq ft of commercial office space (LEED Silver building). Hilltop Village Center will be located just north of the Fort Belvior military base which employs about 40,000 people.
