Description

The one-time home of the Colony House Furniture store, a commercial building built in 1957, will be demolished to make way to construct an 8-story, 168 room Hilton Homewood Suites hotel. B.F. Saul the developer of the 129,182 square foot project will deliver studio rooms, and 1-2 bedroom lodging units. 102 parking spaces (93 below grade, and 9 surface level spots) will be available for patrons of the full service hotel.

Development partners include two Maryland based architectural firms: Torti Gallas & Partners, and Gordon and Greenberg.
