Description
Homewood Station Senior Apartments is a 4-story, 41-unit mixed use development project in Homewood. The construction will produce 41 mixed income units, ground level retail space and a cafe. Part of the development was financed using $10M in Low Income Housing Tax Credit from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, and $317,000 in grant funding from the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh.
