Englewood LLC and CG investments have formed a company called KCG 50 M LLC to develop a 195 room, fully service Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel situated directly across the street from the Navy Yard Metro Station in the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood and within a short walking distance to the Washington National baseball stadium and the attractions along The Yards. There will be 5,000 square feet of retail space of the ground level of this hotel when completed.
The project, located at 50 M Street, SE is scheduled to be completed in 2016 with construction starting in late 2014 or early 2015.
