Description
Abdo Development and Modus Hotels have plans to redevelop the old Allen Lee Hotel in Foggy Bottom into a 83 room hotel called Hotel Hive. Each room is projected to be roughly around 250 square feet, and the hotel will offer restaurant space, a bar, a rooftop lounge, and a bi level outdoor patio for around $125 per night. The Allen Lee Hotel had 87 rooms prior to Abdo's redevelopment.
