Description
Hotel Indigo will be a full-size, 5-story, 135 key boutique hotel in the East Liberty neighborhood. The development plans include meeting and conference rooms, fitness center, 24-hour business center, two restaurants, two bars and a cafe. Washington, DC based developer, Nigel Parkinson acquired six properties in 2007; the Consad building, the Whitfield building, the Governors Hotel and a new edition will comprise the Indigo.
