House of Lebanon will be built on the former Mary Murray Washington High School which was closed in 2008. The development team of Urban Matters, Mission First Housing Development, and Mt. Lebanon CDC will construct 82 affordable housing units for seniors. Floor plans for the subject property will range from studios-to-two bedroom units.
Mary Murray Washington High School was the first vocational school for African American women. The site was awarded to the development team in 2009 by DMPED.
