Description

Howard University is developing two new modern living-learning facilities situated near the main campus. School officials expect the new development to have a positive effect on the neighborhood and revitalize the 4th street corridor. "The new modern living-learning facilities are designed to accommodate 1,360 students and will include generous social, study and programming spaces." When completed in 2014, the dorm will provide independent apartment units for faculty, staff, and guest, in addition to providing a new office space for the University's Office of Residence Life, and Academic Advisory division.

Underclassmen that are assigned to the new dorms will have two-person semi-suites as well as space to socialize.
