E Street Development Group is a joint venture led by Potomac Investment Properties and CityPartners. Adams Investment, Paramount Development, and DC Strategy Group are also a part of the development company. When completed the Hyatt Place hotel in Southwest, DC will offer 214 guest rooms. Each individual room with have eight-foot sectional sofa sleeper and plush Hyatt Grand Bed. In addition to the hotel will be 18,429 SF fire station, retail space, and a 1,493 community space for an after school program ran by Kid Power, DC.

400 E Street is designed to achieve LEED-Silver standards.
