The residential component of the subject property calls for 4 stories of studio, one and two-bedroom units with lofts ranging from 550 SF to 1400 SF. The building has been designed to achieve LEED Silver certification when completed in 2014.
The second phase of this development will produce an additional 220 residential units and 10,000 SF of retail.
