Landmark Gateway is a mixed use development project with 402 residential units within three apartment buildings and 15,000 square feet of retail space. The subject property will be constructed in two phases. When phase one is completed in July of 2014, there will be 371 residential apartment units available for rent. The construction of phase two will produce the third apartment building and 131 residential units.
According to Mill Creek Residential Trust, "The community will comprise studios, one- and two-bedroom units,
including junior one-bedroom floor plan and den options and ranging in
size from 509 square feet to 1,132 square feet."
