The Lofts at Capitol Quarters is 195 unit a residential development project in the Capitol Quarters community of Capitol Hill. The developers, DCHA, Forest City, and Urban Atlantic will create 156 market rate and 39 affordable housing rental apartments when the project is completed in late 2015. According to DCHA, the project is being financed through a mix of District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency debt purchased by Citi Community Capital, Low Income Housing Tax Credit public housing subsidies, and a short-term loan made by Industrial Bank.
